In purchasing from us SILKFLOW LTD you are agreeing to accept our terms and conditions set out below. SILKFLOW LTD has the right to change these terms of use and this does not affect your statutory rights. You may wish to revisit this page to review our current terms.
DELIVERY
On acceptance of your order it will be despatched within three days for stock items, please note weekend and bank holidays may vary.
ORDERS
Your order will be processed immediately your order is accepted.
If the product ordered is not in stock we will advise you of a revised delivery date.
CANCELLATIONS
As your order is processed immediately your order is accepted if you change your mind and wish to cancel please contact SILKFLOW LTD within eight hours for a full refund.
After this time cancellations will be charged the full amount.
Appointment cancellations of less than 24 hours notice or failure for us to gain access on appointment date and time will incur our hourly rate charge plus Vat.

AVAILABILITY
If any product is not available we will endeavour to inform you of a revised delivery date or offer you an alternative product. SILKFLOW LTD have the right to withdraw any items on its website at any time, without prior notice.
USE OF SITE
It is your responsibility to keep your password and email address private and protected from anyone else trying to access this site in your name.
We have the right to cancel multiply accounts by the same user.
SILKFLOW LTD does not accept any responsibility or liability of any loss or damage that may occur in connection with this site.
SILKFLOW LTD cannot guarantee suitability of this site with your hardware or operating system.
SILKFLOW LTD is not responsible or liable for any infection or virus from the use of this site.
SILKFLOW LTD uses outside delivery sources so therefore cannot be held responsible for exact delivery dates and times.
RETURNS
If you need to return any product SILKFLOW LTD must be notified within three working days of delivery by email or telephone and returned within 14 days.

The product must be returned in a saleable condition and in original packaging.
All return costs are the responsibility of the consumer.
For your guidance we strongly suggest use of recorded delivery please include original invoice. Please note all damages to any products on return will be your responsibility.
FAULTY RETURNS
If a product is found to be faulty, SILKFLOW LTD must be notified immediately via email [email protected]. Once deemed faulty by SILKFLOW LTD a replacement or full refund, including postage (only if proof of postage is provided) will be issued.
For your guidance we strongly suggest use of recorded delivery please include copy invoice. Please note all damages to any products on return will be your responsibility.
COMPLAINTS
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
