COVID-19 UPDATE – 24 January 2022
With the continued support of our clients, we have remained open and operating as normal as is practically possible during these unprecedented times. Meaning we have continued to carry out the installation of water softeners and drinking water systems, service and maintenance calls, water softener surveys and consultations, as well as replacement of your drinking water filters and the continuation of our salt deliveries. Where possible if you seek advice, this can be done via telephone or online. Please also note, if you would prefer to collect any of our products, including salt, this too can be arranged.
At Silkflow, our top priority, whilst delivering our usual high level of service, is the health and safety of our clients and staff and want to reassure you we are continuing to take all necessary precautions by wearing appropriate PPE and safe distancing.
Where possible, we ask that you leave windows and doors open to enable increased ventilation, as stated in the latest Government Guidelines.
We will continue, to clean down and sanitise all our equipment, along with additional use of hand sanitiser before and after entering premises whilst following all Government Guidelines. Prior to your appointment, we do, however, ask in the event you or someone in your family is ill or showing signs of a cold or a temperature, you notify us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your appointment.
BLOCK SALT – PRICE INCREASE
We would like to make you aware of recent price increases, which are beyond our control with regards to our block salt. Unfortunately due to recent manufacturer’s price increases across the board, we have had to make the difficult decision to increase our block salt prices accordingly.
We will continue to keep you updated of any changes and would like to thank you all, again, for your valued and continued support through what is a trying time for everyone.
