“The installation of the water softener was not straightforward, as it required Richard to remove a radiator and then install the pipe work through a wall and fit the softener outside in an insulated box. He turned up on time (both for the quote and installation), and was clearly very knowledgeable. He picked up on issues with the installation that other suppliers had not and his quote was highly competitive. He worked neatly and courteously and all the relevant paper work was in order and prepared in advance. Overall an excellent job all round – would highly recommend!”
